Description:
Learn to add variety and interest to your meals with the lesser known whole grains - amaranth, buckwheat, chia, millet, quinoa, sorghum, teff and wild rice. We will start out with some breakfast options and sample along the way ending with a sit down supper....Please arrive hungry as there will be lots to eat throughout the class!
