Description: Learn how to make delicious meals and better use of your slow cooker. We will make soup, casseroles and lasagna - recipes for the slow cooker and people on the go! Arrive hungry as you will eat heartily throughout the class! This class will also appeal to people that don't necessarily need a gluten free diet but want to add delicious variety to their diet with more variety to their diet.
Menu: Hot Spiced Chai with Rice Milk, Slow Cooker Ancient Grains Breakfast Cereal, Hot Spinach and Cheese with Dippers, Italian Wedding Soup with Kale and Chicken Meatballs, Roasted Red Pepper Lasagna with Ricotta, Wild Rice & Squash Herb Pilaf, Green Garden Salad with Herb Vinaigrette, Teff & Carob Cookies, Raspberry & Green Tea Sorbet, Garden and Bush Teas.
