Description: Almost authentic Thai for food lovers! The recipes are made with less fat, salt and sugar and use ingredients available to us in our part of the world. The menu is gluten free as most Thai cuisine is! A Thai meal traditionally consists of several dishes with a combinations of flavours: sweet, hot, sour and salty. Learn about Thai herbs, spices, rice, noodles, wraps, curry, sauces and condiments. We will review foods for Thai cooking can be grown in our northern gardens and even ones that over-winter in the house. Like all classes, please arrive hungry as we will sample throughout the class and end with a delightful feast!
