Art of Making Soup (Gluten Free)
Description:
Learn to use whole grains and pulses with vegetables and herbs to make fresh tasting, healthy soup. I will demonstrate classic techniques to make savory vegetable and meat stocks that form the basis of exceptional soup. You will also learn to make good bread in the bread maker, croutons and garlic herb toasts. Recipes are gluten free, higher in fibre and lower in fat and salt. We eat throughout the class so arrive hungry! This class will also appeal to those who want to learn to make soup but don't necessarily need a gluten free diet.
