Description: Explore the main components of the Mediterranean Diet Pyramid and its role in weight loss, preventing and managing diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma and more. We will use my garden vegetables, herbs and berries growing around the farm as well as local in-season, wild and organic food. The menu incorporates olive oil, nuts and Ontario cheese with legumes, Lake Nipissing fish and abundant vegetables and fruits.
