Description: Morocco is a north African country with a cuisine that is rated among the best in the world. The flavours and scents are coriander, cumin, saffron, marjoram, and onion mingled with olive oil and the sweetness of mint. I will use local lamb raised in the Christian Valley, organic chicken and almost all organic or my own homegrown food. Click on the title to see the full menu.
